The Reactive portion of the program would consist of the following portions:

1. Develop directives for onsite gatekeeping of injury/illness for medical provider, if available
2. Supply demands analysis data to treating physician
3. Provide educational materials for psychological return-to-work for certain injuries/illnesses

   2. Peers
   3. Support network
4. Implement reactive job hazards analysis protocols
5. Feed JHA results to treating physician
6. Ensure worker is routed through PT services using demands analysis to shape therapy
7. FCEs on returning worker, as appropriate, using demands analysis data to shape tests
8. Database JHA results and implemented controls
9. Use demands data to appropriately place workers for alternative duty
10. Work with employees in similar jobs
