Employee was razing a series of metal frame buildings for Halliburton. An I-Beam fell and crushed his right leg below the knee. He has returned to work with a prosthesis. Ms. S. worked only two days before seriously injuring her back on the third day. She wears a back brace, endures constant pain and has been told that she might never be able to have children. Mr. F., has undergone four surgeries on his hands and wrists. "My doctor told me I can't do this job anymore. My body's overworked, and I can't do this any further." M. sustained a back injury and had to work on light duty for a year. Then her hospital told her to find another job because they did not have anything for her to do. Ms. T. was diagnosed with bilateral CTS. She has difficulty cooking, cleaning and picking up small objects. She is no longer able to kayak or bike, hobbies that she once enjoyed. |
