PHSC's principle, founding members are the husband and wife team of Elizabeth and Henry Romero. Elizabeth has many years of experience as a mental health therapist and behavioral specialist. She has recently extended that experience to organizational behaviors. Henry Romero has many years of experience on the engineering side of ergonomics. He has worked as a corporate ergonomist for many companies and as a consultant for several others. Their resumes are available online here. In addition to Elizabeth and Dr. Romero, PHSC has partnerships with several occupational and physical therapists to help develop the biomechanical side of the company. PHSC's President is Mrs. Elizabeth Romero, MSc. She has more than 10 year's experience in the mental health field. She has taken that unique knowledge and brought it to bear upon the human factors world. She has recognized that behaviors, motivations, and attitutdes of people and organizations are at the heart of nearly all major abnormal incidents and lost productivity. |

| SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT |
PHSC's Senior Vice-President is Dr. Henry Romero, CPE, CSP. Dr. Romero has worked in many different fields as a consultant, but most recently in the energy services field. He brings the ergonomics engineering model to PHSC and examines system designs at all phases of the design process and recommends means for bringing the system demands in line with the employee's capabilities. |

| SENIOR CONSULTANT |
PHSC's Senior Consultant is Mr. Bruce Cunningham, CIE. Mr. Cunningham has worked in many different fields, including hospitals and petrochemical facilities. He recently worked for several years as the corporate ergonomist for a major Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer before joining PHSC. His educational background is Health and Human Performance so he brings this focus to PHSC completing the ergonomics model by integrating a thorough understanding of human capabilities into PHSCs efforts. |
